I started my career full of ambition, wanting to move up in my job. But over time, I noticed I wasn't making much progress and realized I cared more getting recognized than actually enjoying my work. This made me look for something more meaningful, leading me to try entrepreneurship. I faced both successes failures, but I learned that real success isn't about job titles—it's about taking action, learning from mistakes, and being flexible.
